- I got a ticket, what class do I need to take?
Unless you've had a rash of bad luck lately (a lot of tickets in very little time) you should be ok just taking our 4 hour BDI (Basic Driver Improvement) class. By electing to take the BDI course you will not receive points on your license and you'll get up to an 18% discount on your fine. Also your insurance rates cannot go up and your policy cannot be cancelled because of this violation (unless this involved a crash where you were at fault).

- I need to take a Traffic Collision & Accident Course (TCAC), do you offer that?
We sure do. The TCAC course is the same as our BDI Course. Just be sure to select TCAC as the ‘reason' you are taking the course.

- Do you have any phone numbers for DUI approved schools?
We do not offer a DUI course, but the Florida DMV website lists all Florida Licensed DUI Programs. Click on the link below -

- I Can't Open The Certificate You Sent via Email.
Do you have Adobe Reader installed?
Use the link below to download Adobe Reader:
Adobe Reader
If you have already installed Adobe Reader, but still can't open the attachment try saving the attachment to your pc or desktop. Then open Adobe Reader and select File, Open from the menu. Locate and open the PDF file you saved. It should open fine.

- I Have Not Received My Certificate.
Most Florida students get their certificate via email. Barring any unforeseen technical issues your certificate is automatically emailed to the email address provided at registration within a few hours of you successfully completing the course.
- Was all of your registration information properly filled in (i.e. citation number, drivers license number)?
- Did you provide a valid email address?
- Are you checking the same email account that you gave us (i.e. hotmail vs. a work account)
If you answered Yes the questions above then you should check your spam folder/filter settings. Your certificate is an attachment, sometimes our email gets caught there.
If you selected a different expedited shipping method – such as Priority Mail or overnight delivery then your certificate is printed and shipped no later than the next business day after you successfully complete the course.

- My Certificate Prints Funny (Or Not At All).
If you can open the certificate in Adobe Reader and view it properly, but it won't print then you need to update your printer driver. Pretty much all printer manufacturers have updated drivers available online for free downloading. Once you update your printer driver the certificate should print correctly.

- OK, I Have My Certificate... Now What? Do I report to the state/county or do you?
4 Hour Basic Driver Improvement Course:
We report directly to the State DMV (that's how we get a certificate number) but it is your responsibility to make sure the Clerk of the Court in the County where you got your ticket gets a copy and updates the Court records. Your certificate has 3 sections, two copies of your certificate and the bottom section provides the Court information (based on the County you told us you got your ticket in). Be sure to send one copy of the certificate into the Court – and it would not hurt to follow up with them to make sure your records are properly updated (because if they are not, your license could be suspended and you could face additional fines/fees).

- Where Can I Find My Citation Number?
Your citation number can be found on your ticket. It will be 4 numbers and 4 letters (i.e. 1234ABC) and will probably have an extra check digit after that.
How do I know what type of class I need?
Will I automatically be reported to the DMV/BMV or do I need to do so myself?
What is the DMV and/or court contact information?
